Dalkeith Means Business (DMB) is an association of local businesses, formed in 2023, working together for mutual benefit.

DMB will be a voice for the local business community.

As an anchor organisation, DMB will be able to attract funding for a range of business development projects.

These projects will facilitate and promote: (list not exhaustive!)

– Local event promotion e.g., Halloween, Christmas, etc.

– Encourage physical improvement initiatives in and around the town.

– Offer business enhancement solutions for target business groups e.g., retail, professional services, etc.

– Implementation of a proactive Business Directory

– DMB Website providing a local business-related Information exchange.

Members of DMB will have options to participate in relevant projects …and on occasion, may be commissioned to do so.

DMB is an independent organisation but will look to partner & collaborate with amongst others:

– Local council

– Chamber of Commerce

– Community councils
